Local Emergency Planning Meetings will be taking place at the dates and times below.
All meetings are held at the Elkhart County Health Department located at 608 Oakland Avenue, Elkhart, IN 46516. All meetings are also open to the public. All meeting times are at 1:30 pm EST.
The Indiana District Two Healthcare Coalition meets the second Thursday of each month at 9:00 a.m. EST in Plymouth, IN at the Seasoned Banquet Center, located at 830 Lincoln Hwy E, Plymouth, IN 46563. This meeting is comprised of Healthcare Professionals from across the seven-county district to collaborate, discuss preparedness, and discuss training for our healthcare partners.
